Booking a performance or tuition

Gigs / Corporate events

Jonathan is available for gigs and events of all types. Didjeridoo playing is particularly popular at Australian themed events such as travel shows, wine festivals, etc. Live solo didjeridoo set available, with or without own PA system. Varied styles from slow and meditative to upbeat and funky. Also Sacred Sound healing concerts with many meditative instruments and techniques. Usual rates from £70 per hour. One-to-one lessons

Didjeridoo: from beginner level through to advanced playing with some background history of the instrument. The lessons progress from the basic drone sound through animal calls, rhythm and percussion, vocal techniques, etc. to circular breathing. Full instruction is tailored to each students needs and exercises are given for ongoing practice. Students can use their own didj or purchase one with the lesson. £25 per hour. Special: Book and pay for 4 lessons and receive a free copy of my ‘How to play didj’ book and CD - worth £17!

Sacred Sound: Jonathan also teaches various styles of overtone, harmonic, or throat singing along with the use of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and many other sacred and esoteric sound instruments. Call or e-mail for more info.

Group workshops Click here for forthcoming dates

Workshops available: didjeridoo (all levels), overtone / 'throat' singing (all levels), chant & mantra, using Tibetan bowls & crystal bowls, Intro to Sacred Sound, sound for healing. Usually running from 10am until 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, the groups are normally held in London but I can travel elsewhere. Travel fees by arrangement. Day workshops are £50 per person.

Organise a group of 8 people or more at your venue and you, as organiser, don't pay!

School visits

Jonathan has worked with many young children and is a fully registered disclosure certificate holder. All ages catered for with did playing, story telling, practical 'make-a-didj' workshops, etc. Didjeridoo is received well by those with special needs. Usual rates from £70 per hour but please call to discuss your needs.
