Payments policy
Payments may be made in several ways: Direct bank transfer (please email and ask for account details), personal cheque - made payable to J.Cope and drawn on a UK bank in UK pounds sterling only, by Postal Order, via secure Google buttons where that option is available. You may also pay via credit and debit card - Sound For Health will process this using 100% secure transaction terminal supplied by Google.
Privacy policy
Any personal banking or credit / debit card details provided at time of purchase will be used to collect payment for item(s) purchased and then destroyed. No financial information will be kept on file.
Postal name and address will be securely maintained for accounting purposes only and no data will be shared with third partys.
Personal e-mail details will be securely maintained and may be used for direct marketing and customer offers from Sound For Health only and will not be shared with any third partys. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails you may tell us at any time and your e-mail will be removed from our records.
Delivery policy
Most items ship within 2 business days from cleared purchase, that is the funds arriving in SFH bank account.
Items will be sent using 1st class service unless otherwise notified.
Overseas shipments will be made by airmail or courier service unless otherwise notified.
Delivery schedules vary greatly from country to country but we endeavour to ensure your goods arrive promptly.
Standard UK postal services do not offer tracking information but this may be available for goods delivered via courier in which case you will be notified if this applies.
Larger orders may be subject to customs or duty charges on arrival and these shall be paid for by the recipient.
Return / Refund policy
All items are sent at customers risk unless postal insurance is purchased at the same time as the item(s).
Damages will be covered via replacement or refund only where postal insurance is paid for and a successful claim is processed with the shipping agent.
Items may be returned for exchange or refund provided: the customer e-mails SFH to obtain a returns number, the customer pays for the return postal charges / taxes / duties as appropriate (these charges shall not be refunded by SFH), the goods arrive in proper merchantible condition including any original packaging, etc, any such returns shall be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee prior to any replacement or refund.
Replacements will be for a like product.
Refunds shall be made within 4 business days of safe arrival of returned items, subject to terms in 4. above.
Refunds shall only be made to the customer who purchased the returned item(s) using their credit / debit card / bank / details which will need to be re-supplied for processing of any refund.
